The anti-gestor

Your gestor knows what's filed. Hacienda knows. You don't.

Gestorro is an AI fiscal cockpit being built for autónomos, expats and foreign founders in Spain — every modelo, deadline and AEAT notification in one place you actually control. Early access opens in small batches.

AEAT Emergency Checklist on confirm No certificates stored Double opt-in, no spam

Built by expat founders in Spain after real AEAT filing gaps, gestoría failures and enforcement scares. Every guide is checked against BOE/AEAT primary sources. Meanwhile: free emergency guides for when the letter already arrived.

The reality is they are leeches. Communication with them is terrible and non-existent in most cases. […] They indeed freeze your account out of the blue, not after multiple notifications.

Their modus operandi is BLOCK + NOTIFY. Not notify, then block.

If your gestor f***s up, you are liable. […] It doesn´t matter really if he submitted it as if he were you. Even if he submitted it as himself being your representative, YOU are liable always.

[…] when there is a f*** up, you will always be the one paying. (Hacienda/Seguridad Social will go after you and not your gestor.)

Are gestorias responsible for their mistakes?
Impuestos / Trabajo

…my gestoria put the VAT on everything I sold for the last 9 months at 21% by mistake, when it should have been 10%. By the time I discovered this I had already paid more than 5000 euros in extra taxes.

Finding out late has a price list.

Ley 58/2003 (LGT)
+1%/month

If you file late yourself, before AEAT asks: 1% + 1% for each complete month (art. 27 LGT); after 12 months, 15% + interest.

up to 20%

Recargo de apremio once you miss the providencia deadline — 5/10/20% depending on when you pay (art. 28 LGT), plus interest.

10 days

If your notifications are electronic, an unopened one can count as delivered 10 calendar days after it's posted (art. 43.2 Ley 39/2015).

Every one of these is avoidable — if you see it coming. That's the entire point of Gestorro.

See it coming
How it'll work

Ten minutes to full visibility.

No migration, no handing over your books. You authorize, Gestorro reads, you finally see.

1

Connect

Built so you keep your own access — no passwords or certificates stored.

2

Scan

Gestorro will read what's actually at AEAT and Seguridad Social: every modelo presented, every justificante, every pending notification.

3

Control

Your cockpit shows what's clean, what's missing and what's due — and your own AI can plug in to read the real state instead of guessing.

Ten minutes in, you'll know more about your fiscal state than years of "todo bien" emails ever told you.

Three things every black box hides from you

See everything

One cockpit for every modelo, filing and justificante. What's presented, what's missing, what's just a guess — colour-coded and honest.

Never miss a deadline

AEAT and Seguridad Social dates counted down by urgency. Plain-language reminders before the fine, not the threatening letter after it.

Bring your own AI

Point ChatGPT, Claude or Codex at Gestorro. They read your real fiscal state and help you prepare — instead of hallucinating modelo numbers.

Anti-chaos. Anti-black-box.
Pro-you.

Gestorro isn't anti-tax and it isn't anti-law. It's against the panic, the dependency and the "I don't know what my gestor actually did." You stay in control — with AI doing the organising, checking and explaining. And yes: gestor + Zorro. You get the mask.

"I keep discovering problems too late."
Flagged the moment something looks off — with the proof to back it.
"Everything is a black box."
Every filing shows its status, its modelo and its justificante.
FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Is Gestorro a gestoría?

No — and that's the point. Gestorro is a control layer: a private dashboard showing what's actually filed at AEAT, every deadline and every notification. It works alongside your gestor, or without one. It doesn't file for you and it isn't legal advice.

Do you store my certificado digital, Cl@ve or passwords?

No — it's being built so you keep your own access; we never store passwords or certificates.

How can I check what my gestoría actually filed at AEAT?

You can pull your presented declarations and justificantes from AEAT's sede electrónica yourself with Cl@ve or a certificado digital — our free guide walks through it step by step. Gestorro automates that check and flags anything missing or inconsistent.

I already got a letter — providencia de apremio, embargo, DEHú notice. Can you help now?

Yes — with a free step-by-step guide for exactly that: what the letter means, how much time you have, and what to do first. The tool that watches it for you is what the waitlist is for.

Which obligations will it track?

The core Spanish calendar for autónomos and small SLs: modelos 303, 130, 111, 115, 349 and 390, RETA / Seguridad Social, and DEHú notifications — with plain-language countdowns by urgency.

When do I get access?

Early access opens in small batches, strictly in waitlist order. Joining now locks your place and founding-member pricing, and gets you the AEAT Emergency Checklist immediately after you confirm your email.
